This week: Busy Busy!

We have a busy week this week. And it’s not because of a reception here at the gallery space.
We have our regular hours, though, and would like for you to come on by to see what Carrie and Margo have been doing.
Margo Casstevens, Kurt Madison, and Roger Ralston are all in the Drawn to the Wall exhibit and project at the Jundt Museum on Gonzaga’s campus. The reception is thursday night (tonight for those reading this as it bursts into the web) from 6PM to 8PM. Carl Richardson (one of our alumni members) and Elaine Green are also a part of the exhibit of drawings. The drawings are quite large, and interesting in their diversity.
Friday morning, there is a walk through with the artists providing comments about their pieces and how they approached the work. THe drawings are up until October 12th. Then they paint the drawings over.
Art walk in Coeur d’Alene is Friday evening, with the Art Spirit celebrating its 150th exhibit! That is also a grand mark to hit, and we are far from that point in our life. We raise a toast to that marker and Steve Gibbs’s fine efforts.
Now, this week in the gallery, Hannah Koeske is in the space for today, Thursday, from noon to 5 PM.
Friday: Dan McCann sits the space from noon to four, then
Bernadette Y Vielbig sits from four to eight.
Saturday starts with Mariah Boyle from noon to four, followed by
Bradd Skubinna or Jon Faulks (we are working on the specifics, but it shouldn’t be too hard. Maybe you can check for us or be surprised)
Have a great time this weekend looking at work, and exploring the high plateau and mountains surrounding us.
